Terms of Service
These terms cover what bloxstrike.net does, what it doesn't, where the risk sits, and how disputes are handled. They're written in plain English on purpose. By using the site you accept them; if you don't, don't use the site.
Who runs the site
bloxstrike.net is run as a personal project by the same anonymous operator behind sniperduels.shop. It is not a registered company, not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, and not affiliated with the BloxStrike developers.
What we do
We run a third-party escrow marketplace for BloxStrike (Roblox game ID 114234929420007) skins and Credits. Buyers pay us; we hold the payment until a vendor delivers Credits or a skin to the buyer's Roblox account; then we release funds to the vendor. Credits orders are vendor-direct on-demand fulfillment (a vendor gifts your Roblox account in-game). Skin trades clear through stock bots that hold the item in escrow.
What we don't do
- We never see, store, or transmit your Roblox password. Sign-in is Roblox OAuth — you log in on roblox.com.
- We don't broker peer-to-peer trades. Every order goes through a vendor or one of our stock bots; you never trade directly with a stranger.
- We don't use BloxStrike's peer trade hub (it doesn't exist) and we don't automate your Roblox account.
- We don't promise "instant" anything. Settlement timing depends on Pandabase, NowPayments, vendor availability, and Roblox-side delivery.
Stock bots and Roblox-side bans
We operate stock bots on Roblox to hold items in escrow during item-marketplace trades. Roblox may ban a bot at any time for any reason — including reasons unrelated to bloxstrike.net activity. If a bot is banned, the items it held may be lost. You acknowledge that we are not liable for items lost due to a Roblox-side bot ban or any other Roblox-platform action against our infrastructure. A reserve pool / insurance program is not part of v1; if you list a high-value skin you accept this platform-side counterparty risk.
Wallet deposits are non-refundable
USD you deposit to your bloxstrike.net wallet via Pandabase (fiat) or NowPayments (crypto) is non-refundable. Once deposited, those funds can be spent on Credits, skins, and platform fees. They cannot be withdrawn back to your original payment method — not to your card, not to your bank, not to your crypto wallet.
Vendor earnings (the wallet balance you accumulate by selling skins or fulfilling Credits orders) are a separate ledger and are payable to fiat or crypto per the vendor agreement. The non-refundable rule above applies to buyer deposits, not seller earnings.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit or order is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeit of any wallet balance. Every transaction is logged with IP address, device fingerprint, timestamps, delivery confirmation, and Roblox account data; that evidence package is submitted to the payment processor to contest every dispute. If you have a problem, open it through our internal dispute flow first (see /refunds) or message us in Discord. Don't go straight to your bank.
Disputes
When an order fails — vendor doesn't deliver, wrong item, bot ban mid-trade — you open a dispute. Resolution is either vendor fulfillment or a refund of the order amount back to your bloxstrike.net wallet (never reversed to your original payment method). Full process, timing, and edge cases live at /refunds.
Vendor agreement
Vendors (sellers of Credits and skins) operate under a separate vendor agreement provided at onboarding. That agreement covers payout terms, anti-abuse rules, the mandatory VendorAltAccount requirement (vendors fulfill from a separate Roblox account, not their main), and reputation forfeiture for repeated failures. If you're only buying on the site, the vendor agreement doesn't apply to you.
Roblox account safety
You're responsible for keeping your Roblox account secure. Use 2FA. We never ask for your password. We never trade peer-to-peer. We never send Roblox-side messages from your account. If your Roblox account is banned by Roblox for unrelated reasons, your bloxstrike.net wallet balance survives — you just won't be able to receive Credits gifts until the ban resolves. Withdraw your balance in the meantime.
As-is, no warranties
The site is offered as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We don't guarantee the site is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Jurisdiction
Because the operator is an individual and not a registered business, no specific jurisdiction is contractually nominated. By using the site you accept these terms as personal-to-personal commerce between you and the operator. Disputes that can't resolve through the in-app or Discord flow remain a private matter between the parties.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a published update means you accept the new terms. If you don't, stop using the site and withdraw your vendor earnings (buyer deposits remain non-refundable).
Questions? Hit our Discord first — we resolve almost everything that way.
