Refunds & disputes

Refunds go to your site wallet — never back to your card or crypto wallet

Chargebacks = ban + forfeit

We log every order and deposit with a full evidence package: IP address, device fingerprint, timestamps, Roblox-side delivery proof, vendor pseudonym, and payout state. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit or completed order, we will dispute it with that evidence and permanently ban your account, forfeit any remaining wallet balance, and blacklist you across our platform.

Don't chargeback. Talk to us first — almost every issue resolves in minutes through the in-app dispute flow or Discord.

Discord first

Hit our Discord support channel before you dispute anything. Most order failures resolve within hours through the in-app dispute flow at /account/orders. If something there isn't working, ping us in Discord with your order ID and we'll open the dispute manually.

Order failure flow

Every order on bloxstrike.net is escrow-protected: your payment sits with us until either the vendor delivers or the order refunds. If a Credits order doesn't arrive within the dispute window — five minutes after the vendor marks the order sent — you open a dispute on the order page at /account/orders.

A dispute resolves one of two ways: the vendor delivers during the window (the order completes, you got your Credits, dispute closes) or it's decided in your favor (the order amount is refunded to your bloxstrike.net wallet). Refunds never reverse to Pandabase, NowPayments, your card, or your crypto wallet.

The dedicated dispute page at /account/orders/[id]/dispute is coming soon. While it's being built, open disputes by messaging us in Discord with your order ID.

Wallet refund timing

Wallet refunds are instant once a dispute resolves in your favor. The refund ledger row is created in the same database transaction that closes the dispute, so the credit is in your wallet the moment a moderator clicks "refund" (or the auto-refund logic fires). No waiting for Pandabase settlement, no 1–7 business day window. Target resolution: 24 hours; hard ceiling: 72 hours.

Why wallet, not card

Plain answer: chargebacks happen, mock disputes happen, and a refund-to-wallet model keeps both sides honest. A buyer who actually had an issue gets made whole and can spend the credit on their next order. A buyer who's trying to double-dip (chargeback the card and keep the goods) doesn't get the cash exit they wanted. Same model as sniperduels.shop.

Vendor side

When a dispute resolves against a vendor, that vendor's pending earnings for the disputed order are reversed and the dispute counts against their reputation. Repeat failures (consecutive missed SLAs, multiple buyer-favored disputes) trigger a suspension. Vendor payout terms and the full failure ladder live in the vendor agreement provided at onboarding.

Items marketplace — bot bans

For skin trades cleared through our stock bots: if a bot is banned by Roblox mid-trade (before delivery to the buyer is confirmed), the buyer's USD is refunded in full to their wallet. If a bot is banned holding items already sold and delivered to a buyer, that's a Roblox-side action against our infrastructure and is covered by Terms §"Stock bots and Roblox-side bans" — we are not liable for items lost to a Roblox-side bot ban. A reserve pool / insurance program is not part of v1.

Wallet deposits are non-refundable

USD you deposit to your bloxstrike.net wallet via Pandabase or NowPayments is non-refundable. Once deposited, those funds stay spendable on Credits, skins, and platform fees — they don't expire and they don't disappear — but they can never be withdrawn back to your original payment method. If you deposit money and then change your mind, the money is still there in your wallet; it just can't leave the platform. Vendor earnings (from selling skins or fulfilling Credits orders) are a separate ledger and are payable out to fiat or crypto per the vendor agreement.

What we never refund

  • Successfully-delivered orders. You got your Credits or your skin landed in your inventory — order's done. If you change your mind after delivery, that's not a dispute we can act on.
  • Wallet deposits back to your card or crypto wallet — see the previous section. Those funds remain spendable on the platform; they're just not convertible back to fiat or crypto.
  • Items lost to a Roblox-side bot ban after delivery. Once an item has cleared escrow into your inventory and Roblox later bans the bot we used, the item is in your inventory — anything Roblox does to the bot afterward is between you and Roblox.
  • Roblox account bans by Roblox. If your Roblox account gets banned for unrelated reasons, your wallet balance survives but in-flight Credits gifts can't land — withdraw your balance, or wait it out.

Disputes process

Open a dispute on your order page at /account/orders (or in Discord with your order ID while the dedicated dispute UI is being built). We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours; the hard ceiling is 72 hours. Disputes never carry a fee. Repeat fraudulent disputes get the same treatment as chargebacks: ban and balance forfeit.

All payments are processed by Pandabase (fiat) and NowPayments (crypto). Their terms apply to their portion of the transaction.
